1. Q: How could I get samples?
   A: We can provide samples if you have?a Fedex or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree?to pay the courier freight.or,you send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
   A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.

3. Q: How can I get your price list?
   A: Please send us your email or fax for our price list and order information.

4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the?package?
   A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our products by silk screen printing according to your artwork design, and the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 2000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, TIF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats.

5. Q: What’s your usual payment term for orders?
   A: We accept terms of T/T in advance or L/C at sight, and T/T preferable under US$20,000. We don’t accept payment by credit card.

7. Q: How can we become your sole distributor?
   A: If you can sell our products USD20,000 to USD50,000 per month, you could be one of our distributor in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

8. Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
   A: Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter, we only serve column buyers and don’t?accept retail order.

We have nearly 12 year experiences of production. One  factory is based in DongGu an   City in china. it mainly produces the Cable which includes so many kinds of cable . The branch factory is based in Shenzhen city in china. Its main product is USB products (USB mouse, usb gift, hdd case, usb hub and cardreader, cooler pad, Bluetooth etc. and we have a lot of shop based in the different market. most of our products is passed the CE.FCC .ROHS certificate.

A:We have nearly 10 year experence of production ,and 5 years experence for exporting our products to all over the world,especially European and North America market.

A:Samples can be shipped within 24 hours. But as to our policy, you should pay our sample fees and freight. When you make an order, we will pay back these fees. As a sincere client, I think you won’t care about these little fees.
